We are a full service Property Management company specializing in management of single family homes, duplexes, multi-family, and commercial properties. Platinum Properties of NWA is an independent, locally owned agency established in 2009. We provide property owners high quality management with personal one-on-one attention. Our full service Property Management services include the following:

Initial inspection of property with a written report submitted to property owner
Advertise on the Arkansas Regional MLS system and prime internet websites
Provide and place “For Rent” signage on property
Manage all calls and inquiries
Show property to prospective tenants
Provide a rental application to every occupant 18 yrs and older
Qualify prospective tenant(s) with a comprehensive rental application verification process (i.e. rental history, verify income, criminal background & credit checks)
Provide a residential Lease Agreement
Review terms of lease with tenant(s)
Collect security deposit, pet deposit and cleaning fee (held in escrow account)
Collect monthly rent
Coordinate move-in date
Issue keys/ garage door openers
Point of contact for property owner, tenant, and contractors
Manage all maintenance issues
Pay property bills every month
Monitor furnace filter changes
Provide an online "Owner Portal" where details of all monthly activity, income, and expenses can be accessed 24/7
Periodic walk-throughs of property

A "Tenant Portal" is provided to each tenant where they have access to pay rent, review their account and make maintenance requests all online.
